About the studio

Quiet work, done carefully

Quiet Prana is a small healing studio in Pune. One practitioner, one room, one person at a time — no packages you didn’t ask for and no promises we can’t keep.

The practitioner

Ananya Deshpande

I trained in pranic healing in 2013 after it did for my own migraines what six years of appointments had not. I completed Basic, Advanced and Psychotherapy levels, then spent three years assisting at weekly clinics before taking clients of my own.

Crystal work came later and slowly. I was sceptical of it for a long time, and I still only use stones where the scan actually calls for them. What I care about is that you leave lighter than you arrived and that you know exactly what was done and why.

I see clients Tuesday to Sunday from a converted room at home in Green Park, and I keep two slots a week free at reduced cost for anyone who genuinely cannot pay full fee. Please just ask.

How we practise

Four commitments

We stay in our lane

No diagnoses, no cures, no advice about your medication. If something needs a doctor, we say so and we say it early.

We tell you what we found

Every session ends with a plain-language summary of which centres were congested and what was done about them.

We don’t upsell

If two sessions were enough, we will tell you that instead of selling you six. Repeat business built on need, not fear.

What you share stays here

Session notes are kept confidential. Nothing you say in the room is discussed outside it or used in any material.

The room

What the studio is like

A quiet ground-floor room with a treatment table, a salt lamp, a window onto a neem tree and no piped music unless you want it. Shoes off at the door. There is a jug of water, a shawl if you get cold and a chair if lying down is uncomfortable.

Sessions run to time. Parking is available on Lotus Lane, and the studio is a seven-minute walk from Green Park bus stop. If stairs are difficult, tell us when booking — the entrance is step-free but the gate is narrow.

Accessibility & comfort: if you would prefer a seated session, a shorter session, or to have a friend in the room, all three are fine. Just mention it when you book.
